The new BBQ is now installed. It cooks beautifully and there will be no more burnt offerings at our house.
We’ve cooked beer roast chicken, pizza, kebabs, koftas, thick cut steaks and roast potatoes so far – using indirect and direct cooking techniques. All have been successful. The ss plate makes lovely slow cooked caramelised onions and easy bacon and eggs. The Christmas turkey is lined up for roasting outdoors next week.
We find the plate and grills easy to clean with a bit of detergent/warm water and nylon scourer and the cover keeps everything spick and span between sessions.

After many frustrating years with expensive BBQ’s not meeting my expectations, I was referred to Lifestyle Barbeques in early 2007. The sales experience was a pleasure, no hard sell and a willingness to time, listen and make sensible suggestions based on a sound knowledge of the product. I ultimately purchased a 5 burner Lifestyle International Barbeque because I entertain at home and cook for large groups. The variable combinations of plates and grill, solid stainless steel construction and ease of use appeared to suit my needs. After using the BBQ extensively for over 2 years I am really happy with my choice. The combination plates and grill cook evenly whether it be meat, seafood or roasts and the BBQ has met and exceeded all my expectations. The after sales experience has also been exceptional and I can see myself still using this stainless steel BBQ well after expiry of the 25 year warranty. I just wanted to let you know that our Outdoor Kitchen is now installed and it looks fantastic. I had some friends over for dinner on Saturday night. I cooked a Pork Neck and a Chicken on the BBQ as well as an aluminium tray full of Potatoes cut into quarters, with a bit of olive oil and a lot of honey poured over them and covered with foil. I now have a problem, as they want to have all their parties here now! I have never cooked on stainless steel before, I wouldn’t go back as it is so much cleaner. I must say that you have created a brilliant product to cook on, can’t wait for summer.

It is not often that one has a great experience in buying spare parts for a barbeque. The advice given and savings made were huge. Some 8 years ago I purchased a Lifestyle BBQ and recently found some of the perforated plates were starting to burn through and needed to be replaced. At a cost of a few hundred dollars the BBQ is now as good as when I purchased it. (had it been any other brand I am sure that I would have had to replace it I have been barbequing in excess of 40 years at least once or twice a week. Never have I had such confidence in letting the barby do its own thing (to a point). Having owned many brands of BBQ's this is the one that stands out and improved my Lifestyle I have no hesitation in recommending Lifestyle Barbeques to anyone, from novice to expert.

Yes, as I have indicated to you I live by the sea and as such have had problems with BBQs in the past. Typically the stainless steel discolours and the cast iron grill rusts. I purchased the Lifestyle BBQ in the hope that I could keep it for a number of years in good working order unlike the others. While the Lifestyle BBQ was more expensive than my prior BBQs I am more than happy with the results. The hood has also greatly assisted me during times whereby the sea breeze was at its strongest. I would recommend the product and the after sales service.

Thank you so much for the prompt and professional service offered by you and your team. It is truly a rare occurrence when a schedule goes according to plan. This has been a positive experience for both Robert and I. Our outdoor kitchen is extremely handsome and has enhanced our backyard/garden one hundred percent. We are going to give it a test run on the weekend. Compliments to the two chaps who delivered and installed the item yesterday. They arrived early, they were well mannered and went about their business in a very professional manner. At a later date, I would be interested in a cover because of the weather.
